I'd like to say a big thank you to all my clients for letting me share your challenges and successes with you last year. I have also achieved my goals last year and in 2012 I am changing from a freelance personal trainer into a company of personal trainers.

This includes a meal by meal nutritional plan for you, whether your goal is to lose weight, perform athletically or build up. This also includes regular progress check ups and online video of the exercises in your workout.

Dan offers a wide range of skills and experience, so session style and content can match your needs and progress so as to keep up interest and motivation as well as build from a functional fitness foundation to coaching of advanced athletic practices such as the olympic lifts, 'Clean and Jerk' or 'snatch', the bulgarian bag, kettle bells and suspension training. Dan is one of founders and owner of The Training Ground Personal Training Studio which is idyllically located next to the picturesque River Wandle at Merton Abbey Mills, providing some inspirational running/cycling routes.
